1. How do I find venues on Where2?
Where2 allows you to explore venues through various filters, including city, venue type, budget, and cuisine. Use the “Explore” or “Map” feature to narrow down your search and discover places that suit your preferences.

2. Is Where2 free to use?
Yes, Where2 is free to download and use. You can browse venues, explore events, and save your favourite spots without any cost.

3. Can I book directly through the app?
Where2 provides links to venues' reservation systems or booking platforms. Simply click on the “Make a Reservation” button to be redirected to the venue’s booking page.

4. How does the community feed work?
Our community feed allows users to share their positive experiences and content, such as photos and reviews, of venues they’ve visited. All posts go through an approval process to ensure a positive and inspiring community.

5. Can I report incorrect or outdated information about a venue?
Yes! Each venue profile has a “Report” button. If you find incorrect information, such as a venue being permanently closed, you can report it, and our team will review and make updates.

For Venues:

6. How can my venue be listed on Where2?
Venues can request to be listed by visiting our onboarding page on the website. Simply fill out the form with your details, and our team will contact you to finalise the process.

7. What’s included in a basic venue profile?
A basic profile includes your venue’s name, address, contact information, opening hours, bio, up to 9 images, links to social media accounts, and booking links. This listing is free of charge.

8. What additional features do upgraded venue profiles offer?
Upgraded profiles include access to upload events, exclusive visibility in search results, the ability to post offers and content on the feed, full analytics, and direct control over profile updates. There are no commission charges for bookings for upgraded profiles.

9. How do I upgrade my venue profile?
Once your venue is listed, you can contact our team to discuss upgrading. The upgraded plan costs £12.99 per month during the soft launch and will increase to £15.99 per month thereafter.

10. Can I promote events or special offers on Where2?
Yes! Venues with upgraded profiles can upload events for free. Additionally, we offer event promotion campaigns for £29.99 per month for recurring events or £39.99 for one-time promotions.
